For Hard Capsules
Hard capsules made from gelatin are primarily used to contain solid medicines, as well as some liquid preparations. They are widely used in pharmaceutical and health-oriented products and are easy to swallow, helping reduce discomfort during intake. These capsules are considered safe for the human body and do not cause adverse effects.
Hard gelatin capsules usually consist of two parts: one part is filled with the medicinal substance (powder or solid material), and the second part closes the capsule. Medicines placed in gelatin capsules can be directly used in subsequent technological processes.
For Soft Capsules (Softgels)
Soft capsules are one of the most popular forms for packaging medicines and dietary supplements and are widely used in medical and health nutrition products. This type of capsule is designed to contain liquid or semi-liquid active substances sealed inside a special soft capsule shell.
Soft capsule materials are mainly produced from gelatin, glycerin, or other approved pharmaceutical excipients.
For Tablets or Vitamin Coatings
Gelatin coating protects vitamins from the effects of light and oxygen. It also acts as a stabilizer for tablets.
